Only politicians could be overpaid in that list. Everyone else provides a service (whether it be entertainment or otherwise.) They dont set their own salary, we pay them what we feel their job is worth. However on a deeper level the healthcare prices in the US are artificially high, and Americans are sue happy as well, so lawyers here are going to make bank.
