Last night the stars came out for the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, but something was glaringly missing from the event: Miley Cyrus’ pants (and shirt and bra, for that matter)! The singer proves once again that she can’t be tamed, as she arrived wearing nothing but heels and double-breasted (no pun intended) blazer.
