The ACLU is cracking down on single-gender classes in public schools. Some educators believe that segregating genders causes issues, while other researchers believe that it isolates learning problems so that they can be easily sidestepped.

segregation is segregation either way you look at it its wrong.
I got to an all boy school and I think its right. Lads look out for each other more, we are not trying to impress any girls, there very low bulling, lads talk more about teenage issues more openly and its run by the catholic church. Its by far the best school in the county. Its epic.
apparently studies show that separating girls from boys in ALL classes improves our focus 
because most of the time the boys will be showing off for a girl, and girls will be to focused on how they look for the boys
i dont think its a good idea tho.
dunno about your school but all school here have mixed all classes including gym and health related ones.
From an education standpoint its smarter but in most jobs socialization is involved and if a sales person, for example, can’t talk to the opposite sex because they have been separated then how does that help.
Just keep gym and healt classes seperate…Like, y’know, every school that’s not gender exclusive does already.

Most people here who go to same sex schools have no problem socialising with the opposite sex.in fact it’s don’t frequently.
I’m in different to the whole thing because it’s quite common here
