It’s the battle of the bad drivers! After being arrested in April on suspicion of driving under the influence, Amanda Bynes was accused of two hit-and-runs in May. Now, the former Nickelodeon star has just been accused of hit-and-run yet again. She is getting dangerously close to matching Lindsay Lohan’s awful driving record.
