An eighteen year old guy in Florida is somewhat of a YouTube sensation for uploading videos of his random pranks…namely one where he went around kissing strangers. Charlie Ross went in a different direction with his most recent prank when he gave wedgies to patrons outside a local movie theater. He was arrested for the prank, and he believes he should have been, but he doesn’t plan on quitting his ridiculous stunts any time soon.

Do you think he should have been arrested?

Yeah man, I’m pretty sure you’re queer. You need a cup of concrete. You’re all complaining about this and ****, meanwhile in the society you seem to live in, there will be plenty of corruption, fraud, money laundering, drug running, etc.

Yes since it causes harm to the other person. He might think it’s funny, but the person reviving it surely isn’t too fond of it. I wouldn’t go and say make a law against it, just seems a bit silly.
