Rainbow house across the street from Westboro Baptist
Members of charity organization Planting Peace, bought a house across from The Westboro Baptist Church, an extremist church known for sidewalk demonstrations at such events as soldiers’ funerals and the memorials for victims of the Sandy Hook shooting.
The WBC is notoriously anti-gay, and so Planting Peace decided to purchase the house, paint it rainbow colors, and use it to further the mission of gay equality.
What do you think — was this Rainbow House idea genius, or merely attention-seeking?
