Kristen Stewart…modest or just plain rude?

At the recent 12-12-12 concert to benefit the victims of Hurricane Sandy, a group of preteens waited around hoping to catch a glimpse of Twilight star Kristen Stewart. When asked for her autograph, Kristen told her fans, “Don’t you know who’s here tonight? Legends, that’s who! Real stars like Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney, and The Who! You shouldn’t even be noticing me!”

So, was the sullen actress being humble about her stardom or do you think she just didn’t want to be bothered to sign autographs?

well if she said that and then didnt sign their stuff, thats pretty rude. but idk if she signed it or not. so idk, nor do i care. but i’d do her.

I think she’s feeling low and insecure about herself after the discovery of her cheating ways. I don’t think she thinks very highly of herself in general. I’d understand if she said that but proceeded to do the autographs, but it’s a bit rude to think low of yourself and turn people down who love you, just because of your personal view!

I think she was being modest, because I have read about this somewhere else and I am pretty sure it said she still smiled and signed the autographs after saying this!

I think it came off as modest. She was downplaying herself. I don’t think for one second that it makes her seem lazy. I think it makes her seem genuine, she didn’t think herself as much of a star compared to these other people, and wanted the children to realize that. Maybe even try and instill a sense of modesty in them.
