Miley Cyrus seems to be doing everything she possibly can to get people’s attention, and it’s pretty reminiscent of Britney Spears antics before that whole conservatorship happened. Forget the wild partying, the salvia, and the drastic haircut. Now Miley is smooching the ladies. Recently, at a bar in NYC, a guest saw Miley making out with another girl and said, “She was trying to get everyone’s attention.”

Is Miley out of control or just living it up?

altho i think shes beautiful and am all for trying crazy hairstyles (done a few myself lol). she is ENGAGED, now i don’t know how this kiss went so i wont jump to conclusions, us girls know we give a friendly kiss to our besties and its no big deal…BUT if it was a full blown make out kiss then clearly that is wrong and shes just seeking attention but again i don’t know all the facts of what went down.

Actually, she didn’t donate her hair. In order to donate hair, you have to pull your hair into a low ponytail and be able to cut 10 inches off and your hair can not be bleached or dyed. There is no way in hell she managed to cut 10 inches off her hair, plus she had ombré hair so the bottom of her hair was bleached. I know, because I’ve actually donated my hair…
