Is Lindsay Lohan’s career over?

Last Friday, Lindsay Lohan was involved in yet another car accident when she totaled her rented Porche on the Pacific Coast Highway after rear-ending an eighteen wheeler.  The troubled actress has blamed both the truck driver (who claims her camp tried to bribe him to not call the cops) and the Porche’s faulty breaks (sure because luxury sports cars are known for their poor quality).  Now it seems that Lindsay lied to the cops, saying she wasn’t driving when she was.  If charges are pressed against her for lying to police, it would be another probation violation.

Should police press charges against Lindsay for lying?  Is her career doomed?
