Is Instagram going to lose users?

Instagram has announced some policy changes that are going to have some users permanently deleting their accounts. The app has gained a lot of popularity because it combines the picture stalking ability of Facebook (and you’re spared horrible status updates) and the access to celebrity photos like Twitter. However, come January 16, your pictures will be fair game for Instagram to sell to third party advertisers. There is no way to opt out of this provision. To avoid it, you’ll have to delete your account. For minors on Instagram, the policy presumes that a parent or guardian has consented to the terms and can still sell pictures.
Are you going to keep your Instagram account if it can sell your pictures?

Instagram isn’t going to sell your pictures. That’s stupid. If whoever wrote this article actually READ the new Instagram policy(which they make available to all users), it specifically says that they will NOT be selling your pictures.
