How young is too young to be sexy?
A recent study found that more marketers are sexualizing the clothing of young girls in an effort to target kids who are already aware of how their older counterparts are dressing. When people were shown pictures of fifth grade girl wearing clothing that played up her sexuality and an outfit that was deemed more age appropriate, the majority of people viewed the sexed-up twelve-year-old “as less competent, less intelligent, less moral and less self-respecting.”

Too young is when they don;t know what they are wearing is sexy. If they are dressing to look like big sis, too young. If they are dressing to look hot, then they’re old enough. You have to know why you are dressing up for it to be a good idea.
