How quickly do you move on after a break-up?

Taylor Swift seems to jump from one relationship to the next.  She just broke up with Conor Kennedy, and she’s already been spotted flirting on the X Factor set with One Direction’s Harry Styles.  X Factor host Mario Lopez confirms, “Taylor Swift was the special guest performer, and a little inside scoop for you, during rehearsals, Harry from One Direction came and slapped me on the back, and said, ‘Hey, Mario, how ya doing?’ And I said, ‘What are you doing here?’ And he sort of [pointed] toward Taylor. And then I see the two walking off hand in hand. So Taylor Swift and Harry from One Direction — you heard it here first… officially hanging out, I can say that much.”

Is Taylor moving on too quickly?  How much time do you take for yourself after a break-up?
