How much soda do you drink a day?
A new study shows that soft drinks may increase your your risk of depression. The research followed more than 260,000 people and found a link between the amount of sugary sodas consumed with depression. It found that people who drank four or more sodas a day were 30% more likely to suffer from depression. When you consider that the average American drinks more than 170 liters of soda per year, it’s not a surprising find.
How much soda do you drink on a daily basis? Do you think that this study makes sense?

I could drink like 3 or 4 cans a day. I only drink diet soda, though. It keeps me full & makes me eat less. I’m out of my depressed stage & I honestly think this study is bullshit.

drinking anything that’s not full to the brim with carbonation pretty much turns my taste buds off anymore.

Well, I guess your personal experience trumps the research done on more than a quarter of a million people.
