High school seniors are likely finished with college applications, and now it’s time for interviews, tours, and (hopefully) acceptance letters from their top choice. Some people have one college in mind that they’ve known they’ve wanted to go to for years because of family ties or sports affiliations. Others want to get as far away from home as possible or know exactly what they want in an academic major. Of course some high schoolers are ready to go straight into the workforce after graduation.

How important is it to you to go to college? Why?

I feel that it is important… It may not seem like it’s all that important to others, but it’s really important to me. Thinking about my future family keeps me motivated because I want to provide them with the things I wasn’t privledged to have.

Not really important. I mean, if I need those skills for that job, I’ll get them. But no way will I just go to college as a way for a “greater education”. Mostly cause you done learn anything in school these days.

If everyone goes to college, then college is worth nothing. (It’s like if college didn’t exist. We’d be in the same position as each other).

I make enough to live comfortably and considering dropping college. It’s quite a trivial matter for me.

Yes, it’s essential to your future. It’s been proven the people with a college degree make atleast double the amount than a highschool drop-out…or just a highschool degree…and you need money to live in this world the way the economy is going. xD
