How important is it for you to be healthy?
Miley Cyrus may like to go crazy every once in a while, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t take care of herself. She wants her fans to value a healthy lifestyle as well, and she recently tweeted, ”Taking care of your body is so important but so easily forgotten. Healthiness is happiness.”
Do you agree with Miley? How to take care of yourself?

I eat healthy, probably 80% of the time, with junk food every now and then. And I usually excercise 5 days a week, either running and/or resistance training.
& I agree that Healthiness is Happiness. I enjoy living a healthy life and keeping on track with it. If I can prevent some health issues for myself later on in life, then I will.

Umm not really, most people with an IQ above 90 don’t give a damn what celebrities. This is just common sense really.

Girl shut up. What i said was much deeper then you think. You know as well as i do people these days have absolutely no guidance until their gods i.e. celebrities tweet or whatever something they should already know to do and they think it’s so profound.

LpKat calm down,
lmfao. Miley is saying being healthy is good.
She’s not telling everyone to go eat a salad.
She’s just saying being healthy and taking care of yourself is good.

SO just because some ******* celebrity says to do something, you do it? PEOPLE GET A MIND OF YOUR OWN.

Healthiness is only happiness if that’s what you enjoy.

I (for the most part) eat what I want when I want. A genetic disease has got doctors telling me I need to keep my blood pressure down, so less salt but no major changes yet.
