Have you ever been suspended for your attire?
It is little wonder that middle school/high school students have difficulty expressing themselves when the climate at school obviously calls for “fitting in” and administrators are quick to punish anyone that goes too far over the line.
Hence, Rihanna was quick to defend a 15 year-old girl in north Wales who was reprimanded by the school after showing up with red hair. The “A student” received praise from one of the world’s most famous pop stars who advised her to continue to demonstrate her independence.
