This is probably the funkiest of funky manicures in this whole series, and I love it.
It’s like a neon sign married a Jackson Pollock painting — don’t you think? Plus, it looks like your nail painting skill doesn’t have to be rated A+ to pull this off (which is a big plus in my book because my nail painting skill is rated about C-).
