Do you think Argo deserved to win Best Picture at The Oscars?

There were a couple of upsets on Sunday, but most people expected Argo to take home the ultimate prize.

I liked the film myself, and I thought the true-to-life story was especially fascinating, but I’m not sure that it was Best Picture quality.

What do you think — was the win deserved?

Argo is not worthy of winning best picture and it’s probably not even worthy of being nominated. Affleck has more to learn about directing too.
Lincoln was too historically inaccurate. Lincoln was a huge racist and passing the thirteenth amendment wasn’t about ending slavery, it was about ending the Civil War. Otherwise, on a film making standpoint, Lincoln was great. the cinematography was top notch and it should’ve won in that category for sure.
Django was the only movie that probably should’ve won best picture. maybe Life of Pi.

Heck no. I agree with Bronx girl, Lincoln was FAR better. Both it and Zero Dark Thirty were snubbed by hollywood snobs.
