Do you experiment more during the summer?
According to a new report, more teens on average first try alcohol, cigarettes, and marijuana during the summer months than during the school year. The director of the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment says, “These months include periods when adolescents are on a break from school and have more idle time; they have fewer structured responsibilities and less adult supervision.”
