In the cult comedy classic Office Space, the easily irritated and combustible Michael Bolton hates life because he is always asked if he’s “related to that singer guy”.
Well, this show is for Michael Bolton.
CBS has teamed up with 51 Minds, the company behind VH1′s I Love New York, for a reality show called The Same Name. The premise of the show revolves around discovering “normal people” who also happen to share the same name as a famous celebrity. Then, the two trade lives temporarily.
One of the episodes will reportedly introduce America to 35 year-old Justin Bieber, a resident of Jacksonville who describes himself as a “total pinball geek”.
Jury: Do you like the concept of The Same Name or think it will be an epic failure?
