Are you stressed out?


With all the responsibilities we have these days, it’s hard not to be totally stressed.  Between school, friends, family, extracurricular activities, and work, it’s easy to get caught up trying to do everything perfectly and wearing yourself out with worry.  If stress isn’t managed, it can wreak havoc on your physical and emotional well-being.

How do you deal with all the stress in your lives?  What do you do to de-stress?
