*1* It is early November on Lake Michigan. We had just had a storm that dumped over a foot of snow in the area and though we have a couple days break followed by another storm and you got up very early in the morning to shovel the sidewalk and drive. After several hours you finish and leaning on your shovel at the time I come walking down the street with my two-year-old son on my hip walking down from the direction of the park. We have lived as nieghbors for about the age of my son but never really introduced each other and seeing me with my son, you decide to walk over.
