A Mother's Last Words

Her mother is old
She is lying on her death bed
Just waiting to be dead.

But it is clear to all who heard

Another Restless Night

Another restless night
with more pain in sight
my stomach carved
I am starved

I am hit

All because you threw a fit


We are screaming
He screams "you have no meaning"


Now I lie here bleeding
Wishing I had meaning


As he sits in his chair
Eatting his chocolate cake
That I had to bake

He grabs a knife and slowly and carefully
He carves and makes as he breaks the
skin all the way to the heart.


Under The Rug
Two weeks passed and it happend again. The lump under the rug moved. I chased it with a chair. It ran faster.
The lump moved to the end of the rug, then disapeared. I began to look frantically. I turned the rug over, I turned over tables and chairs, emptied the cabnets as I looked for the strange creature that ran under the rug. As I searched for the creature I found more places in this old house.

I walked down the big steps to the basement. The concrete floor was cold on my bare feet. When I reached the basement it was dark, damp, cold, and smelled of mold. The stench was very strong.

I found a door at the bottom of the steps on the right behind a bunch of old plywood. I moved the wood and tried to open the door, but it was locked. Just as I began to get up i bumped a table and a key fell. I tried to unlock the door with the key. It worked.

I opened the door and walked in not knowing that the strange creature would be just down a long hallway. As I walked in I seen a bunch of books and pictures. I slowly walked across the room and down the hallway.

As I walked down the hallway I noticed it had knights in armor lining the walls. The knights were large and shinny. The knights were from the 19th centry. The kights were a little bit creepy.

When i got to the end of the hallway there was a door. I opened the door and walked in the room. On the floor there was a rug. In the middle of the rug there was a lump. It was moving! I jumped back and began to scream.

Then I threw the rug back and came back to face with the most horrifing creature I have ever seen in my life. It was over 7 feet tall and weighed at least 700 pounds! The creautre favored that of a bat. It had bright orange scaly skin. The creature had fangs that were at least 12 inches long and 5 inches thick.

The creature let out an evil hiss and took a leap at me. I grabbed a baseball bat from the table next to me and hit the creature. Finaly the creature quickly flew out the window. I never seen it again.
