I did my knee in by just being a really sporty and active kid, basically wear and tear on it while I was in my early teens, through skateboarding I think. Having an op on it soon to remove a bit of my knee and cartilage, Im scared put me out of playing for about a month :(. Injuries always happen to Keane sports people too :(. Cool what team you playing for, Do you live anywhere near London?
