God you're just what I'm looking for!
Well usually different days of the week I train different muscle groups, like yesterday I destroyed my back and my biceps. Then tomorrow is chest and triceps while on friday is shoulders and quads (legs). Do you know therapeutic massages for all of that? :) <33 Coz if you do...I'd seriously consider marrying you...LOLz |
