I'm leaving you now;

I used a 45 for the brush,

I thought I'd make it personal for you.
Because when I pull the trigger,
When your walls are covered in red,
Like paint on canvas,
I want you to realize just how much it meant to me,
that you saw the art in my struggle.

I never truly understood,
how you're anything good to anyone;
but somehow'
you're a something to everyone.
[and a nothing to me]
It's all just pretty portaits;
a mixture of paint,
doused in pain.
It's all just pedastals;
and you're looking down on them.
[even onto me]
I don't see how they refuse to notice;
or perhaps they just don't care,
But this is how it is.
You're so obvious,
outlandish,
obscure,
MY GOD;
you're so insecure.
[and no one knows but me]
So everyone see's you,
and I see another,
But it's all the same.
[and you're only real infront of me]

fabricated,
Which has indicated that you're loved.

This is all just inside though,

[I'm smiling at you falling]
We're all adoring your perfection,
[I want them to see all your faults]
Because everything you are,
Is so easily washed away,
So easily ripped apart.
So they see you,
and I see another,
But when you look in the mirror,
it screams at you like I do,
because you see the same thing I always have.
