ok,so this girl i do karate with i like her but shes always messing with me and stuff like nudging me with her foot or poking my sides and stuff ive asked her out but she said idk should i get her away from every one and just kiss her or what please help

Of all the relationships I've been in, I've never actually asked to go on a 'date', until after we were in a relationship. I think it would be best if you do the spontaneous thing since it seems clear from what you are saying that she likes you.

Finally someone, i thought im only one on this forum who doesnt ask girls for dates out of blue.

OP do something spontaneous like go for a kiss when you two are alone, take a nice moment and give it a try. Putting constraints like asking out for date just feels weird imo.

He said not to ask her out on a date. That makes it easy for her to reject you and if she's very shy or gets nervous she's more likely to do just that.
You'd probably get further if you do what hovla said and just try to kiss her or hold her hand.
