I trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for about 3 years, just took the past 6 months to a year off. Thought I might be done with the sport for now or for good, but I'm getting the urge to go back.

I'm going to be studying the art of 'Ninjutsu' or the Art of the Shadow warrior. I've studied in Jujitsu and Taekwondo, both for about 1 and a half years. Black belt in Taekwondo :P I just enjoy it because i know that it will benefit me in my health and in need of help in a fight or mugg or whatever the situation, plus i can help others :]
Answer to your question, i prefer modern MA because they still incorporate the Old techniques, but make them stronger in a fashion. I mean stuff like Arm Bars you just cant make any stronger, their gonna break a bone and thats what it's gonna do.Hey! I'm Luke

I would like to tell you here about Martial arts that there are various around 130 moves in Martial art. Starting with Karate can be good to go far in Martial art. Currently, I am taking jiu-jitsu training and it is worth for me to learn Martial arts moves accurately.

Well, this is only like my fourth posting, but this sounds like a pretty intresting thread. I've been practicing kickboxing for about 10 years, and bjj for like 4 years. I'm a purple belt in bjj and my instructors name is Al Verduzco. My last competition was a nogi NAGA bjj tournament,I took first place.
And @Luke_Carpenter it took you a year and a half to get a black belt? I would find another school if I were you, especially since a lot of those TKD instructors have no idea what they're talking about.
