heyy i have known this guy all my life we are really good friends but we dont go to the same school so i dont get to see him alot. he is my moms friends son. I really like him but i dont know if he likes me in that way sometimes i feel like he really likes me and other times i feel like he only likes me as a friend. Usually we go off by ourselves and talk alot and one time he asked me if i had a BF, so i dont know if it means he was going to ask me out but then got scared or he just was wondering. he is coming over saturday and i dont know what i should do i am way to shy to make the first move but my friend is also coming over should i ask her to talk to him for me and see if he likes me or if he just wants to be friends. so that is my problem so please give me some advise and help me out please get back to me soon bye

1. Don't double post threads. The same people are going to see it no matter where it is on the forum, so posting the thread twice is just a waste of your time.

2. Don't have a friend talk to him for you. That hardly ever works out just the way you want it to. Especially with your age, kids your age when doing things like that like to throw in their own twist to get some humour out of it. Just talk to him yourself, that way you'll be able to find out for yourself how he feels, you'll be able to convey to him yourself how you feel, and then decide how to proceed based on how that goes, and nothing will be lost in translation since you spoke to him directly.

First i would say ask him what it ment when he asked u if u had a BF just to get the conversation going. Then tell him how u feel and get it out in the open
