Depends on your country of residence. If it's the USA, yes. They monitor what you do. But only keywords and shit.
If it's Europe.. No. They only monitor what you download sometimes, depends on the country.
Australia.. They have too crap of an internet for anyone to care.

they can monitor everything you do if they want to, but they probably wont if you dont give them a reason to.There is no real anonymity on the internet but It takes lot of effort to monitor someone properly, and i dont believe they will be allocating manpower to monitor what teens do around net.
