Help with girls

I am a shy guy. Sometimes a little too shy I think. I've wanted to be in a relationship for awhile, but I can't find the words to say to the girls that I like, or the courage. Can someone assist me in ths matter?

Start off with the basics.
Texting, calling, messaging. -You guys will get to know eachother, you will find to be more comfortable with eachother, and by that you will gain more courage.
Hang out with her on a one on one basic.
Built it up by going out to more public places, hanging out with her friends, your friends, parties...ect.

Even though you are shy act as if your not. Built your confidence. Don't let fear stand in your way. And don't let you being shy be something she takes advantage of.
