What are some things you do during your downtime that other people might view as odd?
For me, I tend to read the blogs of young people who have or had cancer, particularly the ones where the person has already died.
Also, whenever we get the newspaper, I usually read the obituaries.
I also spend a lot of time commenting on news stories, particularly ones at Huffington Post.
Sometimes I'll listen to music videos from the 90's...just to remind myself of the songs I liked when I was younger.

Odd things you do during your downtime
"Even though you may want to move foward in life, you may have one foot on the brakes. In order to be free, we must learn how to let go. Release the hurt. Release the fear. Refuse to entertain your old pain. The energy it takes to hang onto the past is holding you back from a new life. What is it you would let go of today?"

I like to read people's "real' paranormal stories, or other scary stories. I guess I like the shock value of them, if they do shock me. I also just recently watched a video online for male to female sex change. I always wanted to know how that worked.
My curiosity brings me to looking up the worst shit.

Blast music and walk around in circles to it
“Lost love is still love, Eddie. It takes a different form, that's all. You can't see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it." -The Five People You Meet In Heaven

I like reading obituaries too. They don't even have to be from my city/state.
I like reading eulogies as well.
Or I play with Tica's crickets. Give them false hope... "She's playing with me! Wait, what? Why are you putting me in with the- ASDFGHJKL;! *dead*"
