I started taking my pill about 10-12 days ago.. as I got back into a sexual relationship. I then had sex after 3-4 days of taking my pill. I am quite worried I've messed up my cyle as I started taking my pill when I noticed my period coming, and it stopped it.
It's now been possibly 9-10 days since then and I haven't come back on my period.
I thought by not taking my pill for a few days it might come back, but it hasn't yet... I am not however having sex, as I am not currently protected.
I would like some advise on this as i'm a little confused about it all now, and I'm not sure whether to just go back on my pill and wait for my period to come back?
Or stick it out, don't have sex and wait for my period to come.. Although I know the pill won't stop me from having my period, why did it stop it when I first took the pills?
Need some help x

First of all, I hope you used protection because you're not protected by the pill for about a week.
You're typically supposed to start the pill the Sunday after you start your period or the day of. Sunday is easier to keep track of, imo.
If I were you, I would stop the pill completely and start a new pack the Sunday after you get your period. That will probably be the easiest way to fix it.

So many things I wanna say to him,
But I just placed a rose on his grave,
And I talked to the wind.

If in doubt, go see your GP.
