I actually cant remember, I have a photo of the kitchen if you want an idea of the size though. I think it was 600sq ft. But thats a total guess.

Its located a fair bit away from the college so it went low. My good fortune.

I pay £390pm in my current house. This is for a double room, not including bills or utilities. The place where I live is pretty expensive for what you get.
I'm moving to halls in Amsterdam for a year and that's going to cost like €400-500pm. So expensive but it includes bills and stuff which I guess is good.
and time yet for a hundred indecisions,
and for a hundred visions and revisions

I don't pay rent. I live with my gram.
Technically though, I pay her $150/month for a loan I borrowed from her and dog food.

I'm currently saving up for my first apartment. I just graduated from college three weeks ago, so I'm working (though not in my field) to finally leave the nest. I left home for college but I still lived with family, except for my first year, in which I lived in residence. Since I'm one person and don't need a lot of space, I'm looking for a bachelor apartment sometime in the fall - most bachelor apartments in my city range between $500 and $800 monthly, depending on the area of town as well as the landlord. I'm hoping to get one that's $500 to $600 a month (all inclusive), unless I can find one for less - there are some in crappy areas available for less, but since I've always lived in the ghetto anyway, I can deal with crappy areas of living. I just have to keep in mind a budget, since I will have other expenses - at about the same time I intend to move out, I have to start paying back my student loans.

I currently pay £455 a month for a double room in London zone 2 (so quite central) and inclusive of some bills which is pretty cheap. For my last room I paid £550 a month not including any bills but it was a much larger room and it was in quite a post part of town so it was still pretty cheap for what I got
London is an expensive city to live in though to be honest

I'm in my first apartment. We have a 1 bedroom deluxe (it's extra big) we pay $828 a month with all utilities included except for electric. It seems like a lot compared to other places...but if you pay $500 rent around here it's in nasty bug infested apartments controlled by druggies =\

I'm currently living in my 2nd apartment which costs a little less than my very first place. I pay about $800 a month (plus $100 utilities) for a one bedroom apartment in Chicago, but my parents are still helping me while I'm in grad school.

For a nice apartment at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, it's expensive as hell for on campus, so I went off campus (there's a nice shuttle that takes you to campus every fifteen minutes) and I pay $789 + electricity.
