Pink Happy birth control options? (women plzz)

alright so I was on the depo provera shot and i didn't like it so i'm going on new birth control, but i'm having trouble choosing one...here are my choices hopefully you tsers can help me out :]

    1. nuva ring
pros: you only have to change it every 3 weeks
cons: there are hormones in it which can make you moody, plus you have periods

    2. paragard (IUD)
pros: no hormones, just insertion and i'm good for 10 years
    cons: periods might be heavier

    3. Mirena (IUD)
    pros: no periods
cons: horomones similar to the shot, which killed my sex drive

hellllllllllp!! any other options would be awesome too.

First of all there is nothing wrong with have a period so I wouldn't make your choice based on that unless you have horrible near death feeling periods tbh.

I would want to go with the paragaurd IUD because it's pretty much easy if you arent scared of it removal or insertion. But I've heard that it can move from your arm. I'm not sure how true that is but that put me off.

So I would go with the nuva ring first. If your mood swings get realllyyyyy bad then you can stop?
Well I guess this is what it feels like to be the ocean...

    Talk to a doctor.
“Lost love is still love, Eddie. It takes a different form, that's all. You can't see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it." -The Five People You Meet In Heaven

yeah the paraguard is sweet, its in your arm and you can feel it but i dont think it moves around. it's not the fact that my mood swings are bad but i have depression/anxiety and i don't want anything else messing with my moods or my head.

also i just hate periods in general and they make me a lil sick and miserable but its tolerable, but id rather not have it.

I have a friend who has a paragard IUD and she's very happy with it. It seems like a very good option if you're not prone to heavy periods or super bad PMS.

My fiance is on the patch, Ortho-Evra, and it works great. Lowest risks of nearly all birth controls.

I don't trust taking any medication that completely removes your period.

It is unnatural. Things that are unnatural are asking for trouble. That is why you have to eat chicken well done, cancer rates are astronomically high, as are depression and other ailments that were't nearly as prominent as they are now.
