To basically explain everything quickly,a guy at our school was bullied for cross dressing so a bunch of us are going to cross dress in support of him. Any outfit ideas that won't drain my wallet?

Just go to Walmart and pick out some cheap dresses and what not. Or target or any place like that.
A dress would be the boldest of the outfit ideas. You could just do a dressy top with a scarf and some girl shoes. If you don't want to wear heels you could just wear flats. I'd probably pick out something as pick as possible if you really want to make a statement. The more girly the better.

That's awesome! <3 And you can always try Goodwill too, the dresses there are probably like $5. You can get anything else you would want there too for super cheap!
