Default How to deal with stress

What are some really good ways to deal with stress that you can't eliminate from you life? I am stressed because my family is having hard time with bills and everyone is doing all that we can and that isn't enough. We all put on a brave face but it builds up and then we break down or blow up at one another. We hold it in because we have a 3 year old in the house. Please help, I am so lost.

Meditate. It's really freeing. Just set aside like a half an hour when you wake up or go to bed or both if you want. It helps me with alot of my stress. Here;s a link to some tips for beginners if you're interested.

Thanks!! I will try that, especially meditating while focusing on a candle.

Self-talk is one way to deal with stress. We all talk to ourselves; sometimes we talk out loud but usually we keep self-talk in our heads.

Exercise and sports are the good ways to deal with the stress.
Yoga is a more effective exercise to beat the stress, depression, and anxiety.
You should do the yoga workout with a regular routine to get rid the stress successfully.

Don’t hold all of your worries inside yourself—talk it out. Frequently we swallow our unhappiness (along with candy, cake, ice cream, etc.) because we can’t let the problems out. Talk to someone. A burden shared is much less of a burden.

    Fuck these hippies.
    Call a doctor.
If you find a halfway decent one, meds can help significantly.
i know the kid with his guitar, so drunk and anxious has been
done to death, but tell me what hasn't, i'll try it.
because i'm selfish enough to wanna get better, but i'm
backwards enough not to take any steps to get there.

Find something that will take your mind completely somewhere else. Some people will read, some people will play video games but figure out something that will completely suck you in so you'll forget about anything and everything that's going on in the world. Meds really do help but some are addicting. Venting to someone can help a lot. Umm I can't think of anymore off the top of my head but good luck.
