    My mouth hurts so bad right now! I just took some ibuprofen because I don't want to take too much Vicodin but if it doesn't help within the next half hour or so, I'm taking a Vicodin.

    good luck on the surgery, but it isnt too bad though. I had all for of mine pulled the first time awhile back with no residual pain after, although all 4 were impacted. I say the first time because through some weird mutation/evolution of nature the roots on 3 of them didnt die and they couldnt sever them without making most of my lower jaw go numb permanently, so those three grow back, im assuming consistantly every 5 yearsish, i just had them removed a few months back again. But my rambling story aside, it shouldnt hurt much if at all, like i said mine have never hurt, enough so that i went ahead and flushed the first prescription of oxy my parents filled the first time around.
