First step to making friends: use proper capitalization
It took me a long time to make friends when I first moved to college as well. Do you live on campus? That can often make a big difference. My biggest recommendation for the next school year would be to hang out on campus a lot more and do your best to find out about shit. Try to join a couple of clubs or student organizations. The meetings and activities will give you a structured time to encounter new people and you will always have something to talk about. My big breakthrough for making friends at school was joining my university's film society and the school chapter of Feminists United. I ended up making 4 or 5 fairly close friends from attending meetings and such.

I live in a dormitory so it was quite easy to gain some friends- or Facebook "friends", heh, but it's a start. It is a chance to finally able to talk to people without being too weird because, well, he/she added you first on Facebook.
)) Also join organizations! I joined some related to my course on my second year. It's great meeting upperclassmen who will give you tips on avoiding/surviving the terror profs/class, and people who might just be your classmates in major classes next semester.

I just finished all of college and I have no college friends. I made friends in my first year but we drifted apart by the last year, and eventually it came to me just waiting impatiently to be back home again, to see my real friends. As a college graduate, my best friends are still my high school friends.

As was stated above, the best things you can do are:
1)Spend more time on campus. Live on campus if it isn't unreasonably expensive or something.
2)Be involved in student clubs.
also...unless you go to a huge school, the more classes you take in your major, teh more you'll be seeing some of the same people in different classes. you might make some friends that way, if you make an effort to talk to them.

Are you a human being? What galaxy are your from? It seems to me you're an alien. Because you still a virgin eventhough you're now 19. That's really really weird.

well, i will answer all of your problems one at a time.
1.) friends and only friends are best met in your classes geared toward your majors...example being most engineers have friends in engineering classes because they all share some major things in common.
2.) your looking for sex...there are really two types in college, are you just looking to lose the vcard or looking to find a girlfriend to lose it to? if the first, then force yourself to go to parties, there are still plenty of people who dont drink or do anything illegal, and many of them still are girls and many of THEM still, can fairly easily be coupled with if you can avoid looking like a total idiot. For a girlfriend, it would once again be best to find someone in a class, or a social or school org. you are interested in because thats an easy basis for making conversation and having something in common. As far as finding out about all this, if you are in a dorm then step out of it for 10 minutes and you should hear about things, and if you live off campus...stay on campus most of the day. Go in for class 1, then grab a meal, bring clothes to go hit the gym (many cute girls there too) or hit the library and study for class. There should be enough going on so you dont have to go home between classes most days.
