You should tell your parents that you want to go to a park that is an hour away lol.
I think the bus would be best.

Have a friend cover for you. You tell them you go to their house or something.

Wow... Deception! Hitch a ride from a fat man in a van searching for his lost puppy and skittles!

please whatever you do, don't go alone!!! i;ve met people offline before and ALWAYS met in a public place where friends (my parents would kill me) knew where i was and when i'd be back. i've never needed these failsafes, but that's just good luck on my part. the people just as easily could have been creeps in which case i'd be glad i never met them alone in their house you know?

This happened to me in January. I got a train (you could get a bus, like megabus or something) there, and just told my parents I was out with friends for a day.

Meeting someone you have only been in touch with online can be dangerous. If you feel that you "have to" meet, then for your own safety you must tell your parent or carer and take them with you -- at least on the first visit -- and meet in a public place in daytime.

Hoooow weird, i live in Tampa
"Confidence is a habit that can be developed
by acting as if you already had the confidence you desire to have.
Other peoples opinion of you does not have to become your reality.
Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.
As is our confidence, so is our capacity.
Your self confidence is the key to the universe."
