Run away and build a house in the middle of the woods so I wouldn't have to be drafted.

It's highly unlikely to happen due to the monumentally huge military advantage the US has over any other nation. So no country would directly take on the US in a war in the traditional sense as they know they would stand no chance. The only nations that have the capability to launch nuclear weapons against the US mainland are Britain, France, Russia, China & possibly India. Britain, France & India are close US Allies and Russia isn't up for a big fight anymore, they have far bigger internal problems. China is dependent on US & Western economic demand and despite claiming to still be Communist have happily embraced the free market. There is little direct military threat to the US.
The most likely scenario is one where a nuclear armed smaller nation like North Korea or a future Iran go mental and launch a nuclear attack at a neighbour which draws in the major powers. For instance if North Korea attacks the South, the US are immediately involved on the side of the South and it has the possibility of drawing China in to help the North, however I think that is a very remote possibility, the Chinese do not want a direct confrontation with the US as they know they would lose.
In the end the US is so powerful militarily that any nation who takes them knows they are going to lose, so they won't take them on.
The more likely scenario is a suitcase nuke or a dirty bomb being detonated in the middle of New York or DC by unsupported, independent terrorists or a small, localised nuclear conflict (India v Pakistan/Israel v Iran/North v South Korea) than a global nuclear war.

I imagine that'd depend on how it played out. If the war took place here, in America, I'm strapped. So I'm good.

Katie is right, the simple fact is that war has changed. We don't live in an era where a world war would take place. We the human race have learned from our colossal diplomatic and military failures of the past.
If it were like the wars of old and the U.S. mainland was under attack, I'd fight without question.

Definitely run away to a neutral country. That's all I can say. But I don't see any war could happen anywhere in Europe.

You can find anything about everything on the Internet. WWIII is unlikely to happen.
BUT should the odds be against us, then Idk. With so many countries holding nuclear weapons, the world wouldn't survive.

WWIII would end in nuclear hellfire and we all should know it. If it were the end of the world as we know it and everybody was aware of that fact (as everyone would be as the rich who own the media stand to lose the most from death), I see the four following effects happening.
1. Every church would be tits-up full with the faithful trying to pray their way out of it and/or seek penance with their makers.
2. Every bar would become an orgy scene.
3. Everyone would go on a hedonistic shoplifting spree and the store owners would not give one single fuck.
4. Every psychopath would claim a good number of lives in places one through three before themselves being swiftly killed by a well-armed, anarchistic populace.
I for one would be at scenario number two.
