    You can't spot reduce weight loss, but you can target muscle gain by doing specific exercises. Crunches, bicycles,Plank holds,reverse planks, v-sits etc.

    Also, doing cardio,drinking 8+glasses of water per day and cutting down on sugars and carbs will all help in losing the belly fat.

    To lose stomach fat you have to throw out the junk food! You are what you eat, so don’t eat junk. Do not keep junk food like cookies, chips, sweets and other similar products in your house. Junk food and addiction to sugar is considered to be the greatest cause of belly fat today.

    Try going for a run, once a day, no need to overdo yourself just do it until you get tired, you will build yourself up.
    After going for a run come home and plank until you start feeling your abdomen in pain (30 seconds to 1 minute), make sure you feel your abs activated, don't lean to much over your arms and don't let your butt sag.
    After you plank do 3 sets of 15 crunches, 3 sets of 10 pushups, get up, do 30-50 jumping jacks, run on the spot for 3-5 minutes and then repeat that starting again at planking for say 3-4 times, do this everyday and you will probably start to notice changes in as soon as a month, just make sure you keep your diet and eating in check and you will be fine. Always remember that the workout is only 10%, the other 90% is how you eat and what you do when you aren't working out.

    Horseback riding. It sounds crazy but I've ridden horses for 8 years (I've never had a weight problem, but still) and in the summer when i ride everyday, i can easily get abs. It's also a great way to reduce thigh fat and tone your upper legs.

    The key to loosing that tummy fat is cardio but also watch what you eat. For example stay away from carbs (rice,bread etc) and eat more healthy, (not much fruit - they are extremely high in natural sugars)

    There are ways to increase the chances of losing weight for specific areas. It doesn't always work but can for some people. For your belly I'd try a combination of sit ups and crunchs.. and any other exercises you do will help you lose weight other places along with your belly.

    Exercise is necessary to lose the weight and get the fitness.
    Cardio exercises are the best for burning the belly fat and get a slim body.
    Do jogging, running, swimming, jumping rope, push ups, and pull ups to burn the fat successfully.

    Hmmm. According to me you should take proper diet and also start to take some exercise. You should have to take low fat and carbs in your diet. And also try green tea. It's boost your metabolism and burn your extra body fat. But with your diet you should do cycling or swimming. It is best exercise for this purpose. Push ups are also good exercise for belly fat.
