you cant drop weight just from your stomach. As stated above you have to reduce your calorie intake and if your so worried about your arms and legs looking too skinny, do light resistance training to give your arms and legs a more lean healthy look as opposed to just skinny. Losing that belly fat is as much if not more about healthy eating habits than it is about exercise.

I lost a lot of surgery weight (Mostly fat on my stomach, face, and sides) by sitting at my computer playing World of Warcraft, eating Celeste personal pizzas, and drinking unhealthy amounts of diet pepsi.
Give it a try.Your heart is a muscle the size of your fist.
Keep on loving, keep on fighting, and hold on for your life.

If anything to help rid of belly fat is running. Its common to think that just sit ups and making your core stronger but that doesnt break down whats covering them. I should say that any all over body workout will help, but for me, running helps. Sprints especially. Or hill workouts. then after, stretch and do a hard ab workout. It sucks and kicks your ass, but it gets you in shape and what youre looking for. I hope that helps.

lol tht will happen and it does. they are just awesome. Thts track for ya.
At an indoor track meet there was one group that i believe were doing hurdles and were supposed to end a little bit after the last one. Well its kinda hard to do that. The guy that got first place couldn't stop and tripped into the wall and was unconscious. Didnt end there he started having seizures until he got taken away on a stretcher. Fun stuff I'd say.

crunches, sit ups and what not are alwasy effecticve!!
but u should know that a lot of it has to go wit the clothing you waer.. if you wear the right tops while working out and if youre involved with the right footwear and all it really helps
like okay... if youve got a good pair of shoes they assist in running and theyre good padding and what not and it helps your body exercise and make sure u focus on the right spots
your body shudnt ache with pain in your feet because then your bodyu focuses on your feet and not on your stomach where YOU want to fous and yes that does happen... so get he right kind of workout footwear, id recommend getthing them from there i got mine from ther too
they have free shipping for your shoes so u can just get them from zalora and if you think you want to pick up some track pants and shorts and tops and tanks to work out in then you should go to their women's clothing section here and pick something up
im telling u its a good tip to wear top quality clothes and stuff when working out it helps really

You need to walk on your toes all day and tip your head back.
This will make your blood flow in a way that maximises the fat usage from your belly.

a lot of running will help you lose the belly fat but then you should be doing crunches and side crunches and pull ups will help a lot too. the most important thing is to run, you have to burn a lot of calories then when you do ab excersices you will get abs and be more toned.

please let me know where you apparently got your training info so i can petition to have it banned from the net...wearing high end running shoes and clothing will help lose weight? what a crock of sh*t, the only shoes that have been proven to help at all compared to any other shoes are 5-fingers, skeletoes, etc. due to their forcing you to run on the balls of your feet achieving greater calf stimulation. The only way to lose belly fat or fat from anywhere else on the body is to burn more calories in a day than you eat. abdominal workouts are great, but for most girls, they are far less effective than you would think. Most women have very high levels of estrogen, which has been proven to hinder muscle gain in the body, meaning a girl doing hundreds of crunches a day may firm up the abs and make them noticably harder when flexed, it will do nearly nothing for actually building abs out, which is how you can get the appearance of a 6 pack with 10-13% body fat when for it to normally show you need 5-8%. To the OP, as i said its about caloric intake, whether you do HIIT resistance training or some combo thereof, if it burns alot of calories then do it, and id say throw in some more intense ab excercises, dont do crunches, find a decline bench and hold a 10 lb medicine ball behind your head while you do sit ups.
