So, i've noticed when I wear eyeliner, the eyeliner on my bottom lid NEVER stays put! I usually rim the entire eye, because that's really the only way for my eyes to stand out. But within, literally, like thirty minutes of wearing it, it kind of wanders under my eyes, and I have to carry makeup remover wipes to fix it. I have eyeshadow primer cream that I use for the top, so I tried it on the bottom, and it made it worse!
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
I have tried many different eyeliners, and the one that has done me the best so far is ULTA, but it still does it a little..

Use waterproof eyeliner.

- Look for a good eyeliner. It doesn't have to be anything expensive. There are good cheap brands that carry good eyeliners and as much as possible, try not to purchase on impulse. Do a research about the product you want to try and read reviews.
- Use an eyeshadow to set your eyeliner. Line your lash line with your favorite pencil eyeliner, then set it with a matching eyeshadow. This will help soak up the oils and help prevent the smudging.
- MAC Fluidline Gel Liner.

1) Use primer on our bottom lid.
2) Rim with cream eye liner first
3) Go over the cream eye liner with compressed eye shadow which really helps it set in
4) Go over the cream and shadow with water proof eye liner
This applies if you are wearing heavy liner which I do on a day to day basis. This blog totally explains how to REALLY set in heavy makeup like eyeshadow/eyeliner: http://www.shopjoeyquan.com/Black-Out_b_28.html

Order one from avon, it doesnt smear AT ALL and its pretty cheap i think. Its pretty hard to get off but that means it doesnt smear. And The ones from maybelline umstopable work super good too.

I use Maybelline Eye Studio gel eyeliner. I use charcoal, but it comes in black, purple, blue, and brown I think. It's about $7 at Walmart. It's a little expensive for the tiny container, but it outlasts a pencil. In the end, you save money, so it's worth it.
