Ahhh, very good! I agree with @FilterDreaming though.
Also, the eyes seem to be the focal point, which is good, buuuut the values in her hair and the rest of her face seem to disappear because of the high contrast in her eyes. I feel like deeper shadows in the layers of her hair would help.
What pencils are you using?
Aaaand do you work on a larger scale? Because I could definitely see this as a say 18"x24" piece.
It looks fantastic so far!

I really like this, it has great definition and a great style of realism, however, the eyes look a bit too large(specifically too long) to be realistic. If you just made those a bit smaller, the it would be great

Wow thats beautiful!! I wish I had the talent for drawing faces. Im more of a landscaper my self. Your amazing its a really great drawing.

I wouldn't add more 3D elements to this, it would be too much.
And I wish I could see the sharper version of this, cause all edges matter. All I can say now, it's good. Would make a decent illustration.
