I don't get why we ran 8-10 miles/day when meets were only 2 miles. Pffftttt.

So many things I wanna say to him,
But I just placed a rose on his grave,
And I talked to the wind.

BECAUSE RUNNING LONG DISTANCE IS A DUMB SPORT, AND YOUR COACH IS STUPID.

Jack3d is awesome for early morning workouts.. Really wakes you up and gets you going.
Only downside is the itchiness that comes every now and again..

I BUY MY WHEY IN BULK, IT'S GOOD TO SUPPLEMENT OR HELP YOU GET ENOUGH NUTRIENTS BUT SHOULDN'T REPLACE A GOOD DIET.

Have you tried running, or maybe power walking?
I always used to hate it as a kid, but when I started highschool, I wanted to get in shape, and I loved being outside, so I started walking everyday. But walking got boring, and I wanted to get to the destination a bit faster, and have a bot more intensity so walking gradually progressed into running. & Now I run almost everyday, all season long. You never know if you'll like something unless you try.

Another option is workout videos, [I'd reccomend Jillian MIchaels. She can be really intense, but you get great results!]. All you really need is a workout mat, and some light hand weights.

I usually switch between the two(the workout videos are cross-training method for me, and strength building for abs and upper body), and of course eating healthy, and healthy life choices, etc.
