I have to say I disagree with you. I go to a school that was once private but now is a public school. It still carries all the values it used to have as a private school. I wear a uniform and its run by the catholic church by have priest as teachers and also as the president of the school. Its all males as well. It is an amazing school and I'm proud to say that am the head boy and chairman of the student council. yes we are learn the Catholic view on issues but we also learn other religions as well and are encouraged to explore different religions, and due to this in dept view on religions I now proud to say am a strong catholic and try to get to daily mass. Art is also a huge part of the school with students going on to win major awards. Public speaking and debating is a massive part of the colleges (called a college as in Ireland you attended school until your 18) life with a rich history of many Political Party leaders . So am sorry, I think you have a very closed minded of private schools as am guessing you never seen the life in one.

I don't agree. I go to a private school. It's a school. And going to a Muslim school does not force you to be Islamic. It's just a school based on Islamic values. You aren't 'forced' into anything. What the hell with 'they just say that Islam is the real religion'? That stuff does not go on. And the private school that I go to is all-girls.. and it's fine...
I don't think you know much about private schools.... some may be like what you're describing, but most are not.
I'm sick of people thinking that things are wrong just because they don't know anything about them,
Muslim schools are normal schools. If you don't like Islam, why would you go to a Muslim school? You can't say that it is wrong for children who go to Muslim schools to be taught mainly Islam. The teachers will probably me Muslim, so why the hell shouldn't they act like Muslims, setting an example to the kids they teach?
The same applies for Jewish and Christian and every religion possible. Obviously, I was just using the example that you gave, but it applie for all religious schools.
    You sound very ignorant.
The private school I go to is the second best academically-wise in the country, has a wide range of sports and activities, totally accepts all religions while being based on the virtues of one specific religion E.T.C.
What is wrong with teaching relgious values? It isn't 'unhealthy'. It's just different from what you're used to.
We (or our parents) pay to get the best education and facilitiespossible.
What if I'm a Jew, and I've moved to say America or the U.K, and I want my kid to go to school, but be taught the values of my religion?
Or I'm a Muslim don't want my kid being exposed to pork?
Your points are invalid, dude. Do your research.
