God no, Pretty sure those cost upwards of £30.
Sometimes i hate being a girl and this week is one of those times.
A pill for a situation with my lady buisness thanks to my antibiotics.

I was cursing my gender enough last night with this whole situation going on down there but then i got my period this morning. I am not a happy camper.
Hoping i don't get a prescription for amoxicillin next time I'm at the dentist, if i have to deal with this again i may just go mental.

So i found a few sites online that send out a kit for you to do a dental impression and then make you a bite guard from that, they're like £55 so why does it cost £200+ at the dentist?
They're made from the same stuff and by some of the same companies.

They're like retainers but i think they're thicker because these ones are used for Bruxism, i don't grind my teeth that i know of but i grit them in my sleep and that's what cracked my tooth and caused the need for a root canal.
My jaw usually hurts because of it and I'm pretty sure it's causing some of the headaches i have.
I think you have to pay for retainers seperately when you have braces depending on the dentist.
I don't understand why bite gaurds go under cosmetic when you pay because they're not to make your teeth look better, they're to stop you from ruining them with grinding or gritting.

I do that when I'm stressed. Well, I don't grind my teeth so much as clamp my jaw shut really hard. And I have good jaw muscles, too...
It's probably under there because it's to preserve looks more than to prevent pain....

I used to do it just when i was stressed but i do it pretty much every night now, sometimes i catch myself doing it when I've zoned out during the day as well. If i can get this certificate that entitles me to free medical i can get my eyes checked and my dental for free, plus i think my prescriptions are free too. It's based on low income so i think i might get it but i don't know how much it covers on dental care, probably not it all.
If it's free to get one with that i will but if not I'm going to order one online and see if it helps, right now i just have a normal sports guard and I'm hoping it will help until then. If it saves me from having to go back for more gritting related damage, I'll go for it.

I can't decide if I've developed a lisp because of my tongue bar or because i took it out...

I suck at packing, unless you want the entire contents of your room packed for a short trip...I'm good at that.
Where are you going?

Have fun!
I'll just talk to myself on tumblr instead, at least there are pretty pictures to keep me occupied
Packing stresses me out, what if i need these things and they're at home? Even if i haven't used/worn them in god knows how long...they need to go in the bag.
I suck more at unpacking than i do at actually packing a bag, i just live out of it until it's empty...that's my version of unpacking.

I would do it just to piss her off.

Was that the band you were meant to see for your birthday?
I've never heard any of their music.

How was your trip?
I assume you're home?
Nope, he didn't do it.
Apparently there's still an infection in the root so i have to go back in two weeks and hope that it's gone.
Instead, i got an X-ray, scaling, and a lecture.
I need five or six fillings at some point as well. I basically paid £55 for him to be a dick and scrape my teeth.
