2/10. How on earth can you eat that much fruit in one sitting?
Breakfast: Bowl of "Be Natural" cereal (5 whole grain flakes mixed with apple, flame raisins with linseed, pepita & amaranth clusters) with added fresh pomegranate.
Snack: 30g of plain almonds.
Lunch: Four bean mix and corn with sweet chilli dressing.
Dinner: I haven't had it yet, but I'll be making Chicken Teriyaki stir-fry (adding loads of vegetables: snow peas, yellow beans, green beans, broccoli, capsicum, corn and water chesnuts). Served with brown rice.
Drinks: Loads of water.

Excellent. Be aware though that biscuits have white flour and the flavourings are often artifical = not healthy. It's a common massive junk food to consume (that is, anything with white flour) but many are unaware of that. If you want biscuits, eat them wholegrain and preferably freshly baked or from a pastry shop.
Personally:
You'll know why I am so specific if you read on Ayurveda. Every body type has its specific supporting foods. That is, either you eat something that heals you or does the opposite.
Ask me if you want to know more!
Breakfast -- Organic wholeweat pasta, rice with courgettes, carrots, chilli and tofu with cloves, cayenne pepper, ghee, sesame oil and omega flakes as spices. These additions all have special healing properties.
Dinner -- the same. :P
Snack - Stewed apple
Supper -- Oats with oat milk (or rice milk) with kiwi, apples and blueberries. Same additions as breakfast including soaked and blanched almonds.
Exercise: Yoga, some Qigong breathing exercises.

And somehow I forgot to rate Michael's meals. Sooo....overall....8.5/10. Sounds pretty delicious and definitely healthy! By the way, the smoothie with avocado sounds delicious! I never thought of using avocado in a smoothie. You gave me new ideas(:
