I know theres one like it but just for food. if you add in any cigarettes, drugs, or alcohol you've had it may bring down your scoreoh and add in what exercise you got too.
rate all of it combined, in terms of health
ill start
breakfast:
a small serving of egg whites
a piece of whole grain toast
1 glass orange juice
lunch:
chef salad
sourdough roll
fruit rollup
dinner:
1 small chicken breast
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of pasta with butter and salt on it
snacks:
2 apples
a little bit of cheese and all natural crackers
boston pie yogurt
other:
2 cigarettes because im trying to quit slowly
exercise:
2 hour soccer practice

I rate yours 9/10 seems pretty damn healthy
What i ate through the day since I dont eat in meals=
A small steak
Like a hell of alot of pizza, like 7 slices
Ice Cream
Espresso Brownie
Vinagarette salad
Drink=
4 Red Bulls
A lot of Diet Pepsi
Half a gallon of water
Other=
8 cigs
2 joints

and I drank a can of cola and a glass of milk.
havn't had dinner yet
oh and I walked to my neighbors and back to my house and then walked them home and that's all the exercise I got today.:PI make mistakes and I'm not perfect but I do the best I can.

Breakfast - Apple and a wheetabix ( taste good together when wheetabix is all mush)
Lunch - Cup a soup and cheese (this is planned, still early yet..)
Dinner- Plan on a jacket potatoe and beans with brocolli.

Green bean casserole.
Dinner - Nothing.
Other - one cigarette.
Exercise - Couldn't do any due to being stuck in the house.
But I was walking around pretty fast, eh.
I miss exercising. =[

^ Well, you should have had breakfast and dinner, you naughty girl
(Nah, I understand that it's sometimes not possible - but they are vital meals!). There wasn't too many vegatables (apart from the casserole) and well, no regular meals and little exercise so . . .4/10! Haha, it's ok though, mine's not teh best! Thsi was yesterday:
Breakfast: Porridge, water.
Snack; Carrot sticks - lots! Yum! Water.
Lunch: Snack-a-jack rice cake. Water.
Dinner: Mashed potato, one sausage - and lots of peas! Water.
And just now I had more carrot sticks!
Exercise - 35 mins 'cycling' on excercise bike. Burnt of 390 calories apparantly!Becky

mine's not too terribly good I've been sick all day and yesterday so:
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: half a PB sandwich and some baby carrots
Dinner: small salad
Exersice: 3 and 1/2 hours swimming 1/2 hour dryland (we ran 4 miles today)"To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."

dinner: 2 slices of beef, cauliflower, carrots, roast potatoes, peas, gravy (uni meal..yay)
snacks: 2 wholemeal peices of toast
excersise: a sesh on the wii (lol), 2 hour game of 5-a-side.

Dinner-Subways-Footlong turkey sub on white with white american cheese toasteddd.
Veggies-Tomato, Spinach, Green pepper, Onion, loads of banana peppers.
Dressing-Mayo, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Red Wine Vinaigrette
Drink-A bottle of coke.
Exercise: 3 miles on bike and 20 knee-to-elbowsholy guacamole!

6/10. Not so healthy, not so tasty.
I had...
Breakfast-Sliced green apple and a cup of coffee
Lunch- 1 cup asian salad, 1 apple, 12 oz carrot juice
Dinner- Pasta with beef burgendy sauce
Exercise- Walked the mile to and from the shop, ran around after kids for half an hour.

oh and add in what exercise you got too.
